Depending on the plan you choose, you are entitled to disk space usage and API hit quotas on the map and layer data access APIs that you publish. Yearly discounted plans are billed annually.

Your subscription can be upgraded any time. To upgrade your plan, go to Profile > Subscription and select the one you want.

Your account shall be put on hold, and you can access Transerve upon renewal of your subscription. We will retain your data for 3 months, free of charge. You can restart your subscription any time during this window by upgrading your subscription. After 3 months, if you do not renew your subscription, then we will delete your data.

7. How do I renew my subscription?
You can set up an auto-renewal option on your credit card if you’re not an Indian user. We will not be able to support credit cards issued by Indian banks for auto renewal due to government of India (Reserve Bank of India) rules. You will have to manually renew your subscription in this situation.
8. How can I cancel my subscription?
You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time. You can use the platform until your plan expires, depending on the subscription option you purchased (annual/monthly). Transerve does not offer refunds if you cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.
9. How can I track my organization's usage?
To monitor your current consumption and disc storage, go to Profile > Subscription. You may also see how many API hits your published and shared APIs have received.
10. Can I make monthly payments?
Yes, for any of the subscription options we offer, you can choose a monthly payment plan.
11. How can I get a tax invoice for my subscription purchase?
For all purchases made on our platform, we issue tax invoices. Write to our support team if you need to amend your GST or VAT information in order to receive tax benefits.
